What the monthly plan is
One pack of Kavizi Morning Mix, in the size you choose, delivered every 30 days at the plan price shown at checkout. There is no minimum term and no joining fee.
Billing
- Your first cycle is charged when you place the order. Each later cycle is charged on the same date every 30 days to the payment method you saved.
- Recurring charges run under the Reserve Bank of India's e-mandate framework. You authorise the mandate with a one-time additional factor of authentication at checkout. We, through our payment gateway, send you a notice at least 24 hours before every charge, with the amount, date and a link to skip or cancel. Each successful charge is followed by a confirmation.
- If a charge fails we retry once after 3 days. If it fails again we pause the plan and email you. Nothing ships until the payment succeeds.
- The plan price includes GST. If we change the plan price we email you at least 30 days before it applies. You can cancel before then at no cost.
Skip, pause, change or cancel
- Any time before the next billing date, from your account page or by writing to hello@kavizi.com.
- Skip: the next cycle is not charged or shipped. Pause: no charges until you resume. Change: switch pack size or delivery date. Cancel: no further charges, effective immediately.
- There is no cancellation charge. Cycles already charged and dispatched are covered by the Refund, Replacement and Cancellation Policy.
Delivery
Each cycle ships on the billing date and follows the Shipping and Delivery Policy. Update your address in your account before the billing date.
Your data
We keep the mandate token, billing date and your skip and cancel history for as long as the plan runs and as the RBI framework requires afterwards. See the Privacy Policy.
