Every complaint receives a ticket number. We acknowledge it within 48 hours and resolve it within 30 days of receipt, as required by the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the National Consumer Helpline on 1915 or consumerhelpline.gov.in, or file a complaint with a consumer commission through e-Daakhil (edaakhil.nic.in). Grievances about personal data may also be taken to the Data Protection Board of India.
